Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you’ll love every Jolie Moi purchase you make, in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.joliemoi.co.uk, you can simply return the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch (with exception made for customers outside of the UK), in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. we will give you a full refund.
How to return?
To return an item to us simply log onto to your account online, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click "Return Item(s)" button.
Please do not return any items to us without first logging into our automated Returns system and following the instructions to register your return online. Any returns made without following this procedure will not be accepted into the warehouse, but will be rejected and returned to you.
We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All items will be inspected upon return.
Please allow 14 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund. The timescale is dictated by your bank/cardholder and this is outside of our control.
All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.
The return cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or wrong items had been posted.
If you are returning products from outside the UK you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post.Items returned by post may be subject to customs charges you will be responsible for this cost.
If you are outside of our 14 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund, but will offer an exchange or store credit as long as you contact us within 21 days of the date of dispatch.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will not accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
Products We are Unable to Refund
Briefs, thongs, swimwear, sunglasses and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
This will be indicated along with the product information on our website.
These conditions do not affect your non-excludable rights under law.
We do not offer an exchange service by post. If you would like an alternative item or size, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) which you would like. We will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy.
